Federation of Shenzhen Industries (hereinafter referred to as “FSZI”) is the only community-based organization in China which has established a cooperation mechanism with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization as a non-governmental affiliate organization; the only community-based organization in China who advocates bringing brand-building activity to the international world and received positive responses; the only community-based organization in China that achieved Mayor Quality Award; the only comprehensive community-based organization of the industrial and commercial sector in China which been awarded “National Advanced Social Organization”.
Registered and founded in 2001, FSZI is a economical community-based organization of the industrial and commercial sector, which is aimed to promote industrialization. Its responsibilities and missions are: nurturing and developing associations of various industries; promoting technological innovation; implementing brand strategies; mediating international trade conflicts; helping enterprises to create their own brands, to develop continuously and innovatively, and introducing performance excellence management model; supporting enterprises’ transformation and upgrading within our industries as well as the transformation of our economic growth model; promoting development of enterprises within the economic circle of Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou and those are based in the Pearl River Delta; while strengthening the cooperation between Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, we promote inclusive economic growth for countries in the Asia-pacific region.
FSZI is a creative and influential multi-service platform which can meet various needs of different enterprises. FSZI has received plenty of praise from state officials and officials from other levels of government as well as the recognition and support from the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). Having received numerous national and municipal professional awards, FSZI was also among the first group of social organizations to be granted the 5A status for social organizations in China.
